Confidentiality Agreement Concept
A confidentiality agreement is a legal contract that protects the rights of a company in the cases in which some of their confidential information referent to transactions, products and services or processes, must be revealed during the normal course of its activity.
Such can happen, for example, in the presentation of a business idea to an investor or sponsor, in the outsourcing of services or in several other situations. The existence of this kind of agreements prevents that people or entities to which the information is revealed can use them in self benefit.
