Conceptual skills are one of the kinds of skills demanded from the managers and represent the insight to detect new opportunities, creativity to search and structures new ideas, analysis capacity to detect in each situation the essential and crucial facts, the synthesis capacity to conduct the events according to a vision as a group, planning capacity to define coherent goals and promote convergent actions and still the organization capacity to understand the relations among the several organization elements, affecting them and coordinating them to obtain the global optimum.
