Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Concept
Key Performance Indicators (KPI), also designated by Key Success Indicators (KSI), are financial and non financial measures used to reflect critical factors of the organizations’ success as a way to be able to evaluate the condition of certain activity at a certain time and through there determine which actions to take. Examples of that are the sales/contact ratios or growth results by department within a company.
The values of the goals to fulfill should have in consideration the real resources of the organization and are also reflected the efforts distribution of these resources, which should be discussed among the resources managers.
